The meetings of the Club take place 4 times a year in Moscow and Moscow Region. Meetings are traditionally held in a face-to face format, comprising of keynote speeches followed by Q&A sessions and informal discussions. There may be individual keynote speakers or panels with 2-3 participating experts to address the Club members. The meetings are organized by the Club itself or in cooperation with its partners, other think tanks, and the members of the Club.

Sessions of the Trialogue Club International have been held since its inception, since 1993. Representatives of diplomatic missions and military offices of Russia and foreign states, major domestic and foreign experts in the field of international relations and global security took part in the Club meetings. Each of them were memorable events, because all intellectual discussions within the Club sessions took place in a friendly atmosphere, full of trust and mutual respect.
In 2013 the Trialogue Club International celebrated its 20th anniversary. Its anniversary meeting was held on December 11, 2013. Leading PIR Center experts spoke on: “Russia and global security – what should we wait in 2014?”. On this occasion Lieutenant General Evgeny Buzhinsky, Professor Dmitry Evstafiev, PIR Center Research Fellow Vadim Kozuylin, PIR Center President Vladimir Orlov, and the Chairman of PIR Center Executive Board Mikhail Yakushev shared their views on the development of situation around Iranian nuclear program, internet government and cybersecurity in the light of Edward Snowden’s revelations, prospects of Russian military developments in the context of the global and regional security challenges.
