The history of the Trialogue Club International traces its origins back to 1993. Since its inception the Club acts as a venue for informal communication on major issues of Russian foreign policy and global security.
Today it is a place where the high-ranking members of diplomatic, military, political, and expert circles, as well as business community, can engage in a substantive dialogue on the key challenges of international security and thoroughly discuss Russia’s foreign, defense, and security policy.
Our aims are to encourage international mutual understanding through participating of the Club members in the events of the Club and through providing them with analytical materials and consultations on current international issues.
The Presidium of the Club is represented by the Russian experts in nuclear nonproliferation and arms control, global security and Russian foreign policy as the whole. Among them are the President&Founder of the Club Dr. Vladimir Orlov, PIR Center Director and professor of MGIMO, and Co-Chairs of the Club, namely Lieutenant-General (Retired), Ph.D. Military Sciences Evgeny Buzhinskiy and Ph.D. in History Elena Chernenko.
